Vegan Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups

Just another pumpkin flavoured recipe coming at you LOL. You can never have too much pumpkin….well I guess maybe. I whipped this recipe up today. It was super quick and easy and a perfect little treat for this season. 

What I love about this recipe is that it’s super easy and a lot healthier then your traditional Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups….and in my opinion it tastes a heck of a lot better. All of the ingredients are relatively healthy, but sweet enough to cure that sweet tooth at the end of the week.

Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie | Updated Recipe

It’s that time of year again…Fall season! Time to break out all the pumpkin flavoured things am I right?! I already posted a vegan pumpkin bread recipe, so I decided to update my raw vegan pumpkin pie recipe I created last year. I admit, it wasn’t the best recipe I have made and there was for sure a lot of adjustments I wanted to make, but never did. So after a year of improving my baking/cooking skills I wanted to post an updated version. 

This time the pie keeps its shape better and is just the right texture. I wanted it to keep its shape when you slice into it and didn’t want it to have a consistency that was like ice…Thats when the coconut milk came into play.

Vegan Pumpkin Bread

 

Okay..Okay…I have been slightly obsessed with pumpkin flavoured food/drinks lately so whats better then some delicious pumpkin bread?! I remember a couple weeks ago I went to the store and stocked up on 10+ pumpkin flavoured things…a little crazy? I know! 

Surprisingly I have never had pumpkin bread before so when I chose to make my own recipe for it…I was a little hesitant. Needless to say, it was a bit hard.
