Easy Veggie Burgers with Creamy Smoked Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

Garlic Aioli

  • ½ cup soaked raw cashews (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes)
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp O Organics Almondmilk
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pepper to taste

Burger

  • Two O Organics Patties
  • Two burger buns (such as whole wheat or white)
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • Avocado
  • Sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine all aioli ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

  2. To a large skillet, heat 1 tsp of neutral-flavored oil. Add patties to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

  3. Serve burger by toasting buns and topping with lettuce, patty, a smother of aioli, tomato, red onion, and avocado.
