Ingredients

  • 1 packet Right Foods Superfood Oats or 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a mug. 

  2. Microwave for 3 min. Top with fresh blueberries and more maple syrup.
