
Crispy air fried fish tacos with fresh mango salsa and creamy avocado cilantro crema.
Start by making the salsa. Combine all ingredients together in a serving bowl. Adjust taste with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Cover and refrigerate.
Make the avocado crema. Combine all ingredients in a high powdered blender or food processor. Blend until creamy. Add 1-2 tbsp water, if needed to help blend. Adjust taste with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Cover and refrigerate.
Preheat air fryer at 390°F for 5 minutes. Add cut up fish to a large bowl and toss with several sprays of cooking spray, spices, salt, and pepper. Add fish to air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 390°F for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Assemble tacos by spreading a spoonful of crema on warm tortillas. Top with air fried fish and mango salsa. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
