
Dubai chocolate meets baked oatmeal in this decadent dark chocolate pistachio baked oats.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 8x8" baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined. Whisk in milk. Mix in oats, protein powder cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold in pistachios.
Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Drizzle over pistachio butter and sprinkle on chocolate chips. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
(Optional): serve with another drizzle of pistachio butter and flaky sea salt.
