In a high-powered blender, combine all aioli ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
To a large skillet, heat 1 tsp of neutral-flavored oil. Add patties to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
