
Juicy, flavorful, and healthy homemade Turkey Burgers with a high-protein burger sauce.
Mix together ground turkey, egg, onion, mayo, mustard, coconut aminos, salt, spices, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl until just combined. Make sure not to overmix!
Lightly wet your hands and shape into 4 turkey burger patties about ½ inch thick. Transfer to a parchment-lined plate or small baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
While patties are chilling, prepare the burger sauce. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (alternatively, use nonstick cooking spray). Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Serve patties on buns with the burger sauce, other condiments, and toppings.
