Instructions

Burger Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, if needed. Add to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate while preparing the rest.

Air Fried Potatoes

  1. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes. Drizzle potatoes in oil and toss with salt, pepper, and spices.

  2. Air fryer method: Add potatoes to air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping and tossing halfway. Air fry until golden brown and crispy and tender when pierced with a fork.

  3. Baking method: Preheat oven to 425°F. Add potatoes to a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.

Seasoned Beef

  1. While potatoes are air frying, prepare the ground beef. Heat ~½ tbsp oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add ground beef and pinch of kosher salt. Cook until browned. Once beef is cooked through, add spices, tomato paste, and broth. Stir well to combine and cook for 4-5 minutes. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  1. Add chopped lettuce to serving bowls. Top with ground beef, crispy potatoes, and other burger toppings. Drizzle over burger sauce and enjoy!
