
Easy, one-pan, 30 minute beef and broccoli stir fry.
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add veggies and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Once hot, add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until it’s almost no longer pink. Pour in sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened then stir in veggies. Cook for 4-5 minutes more.
Serve beef over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
