Definitely! Feel free to substitute the beef with tofu or tempeh and oyster sauce with vegan oyster sauce.

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Easy, one-pan, 30 minute beef and broccoli stir fry.
Servings 4 servings
Ingredients
Sauce
- ½ cup coconut aminos or tamari
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1-inch thumb fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Stir Fry
- 2 tbsp avocado oil, divided
- 1 lb flanks steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1 bunch broccoli (~2 cups)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
For Serving
- Jasmine rice
- Sliced green onion
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.Â
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add veggies and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.Â
- Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Once hot, add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until it’s almost no longer pink. Pour in sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened then stir in veggies. Cook for 4-5 minutes more.Â
- Serve beef over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.Â
