
Creamy protein oats topped with caramelized peaches and crunchy granola.
Start by cooking the peaches. Add all peach ingredients to a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Stir well to combine. Cook for 5-6 minutes until peaches have softened. Set aside.
Combine oats and 1 cup water in a large bowl (to prevent overflowing) and microwave for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine protein powder with water until a pourable consistency forms (similarly to runny peanut butter).
Mix ‘whey drip’ and spices into warm oats and pour into serving bowl. Top oats with peaches, granola, nut butter, flaky sea salt, and cinnamon.
