Peach season is upon us and that only means an abundance of ripe, juicy peaches at our finger tips.
I don’t think I have any peach recipes on my blog and I knew that had to change this year. These mouthwatering peaches were calling my name, so what better way to utilize them then to make a simple vegan peach crumble.
Sliced peaches are tossed in some sugar and spices and topped with a soft, buttery, and slightly crunchy crumble topping. It is baked till golden brown and of course eaten warm. I highly recommend pairing this crumble with some vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

This recipe contains simple, easy to find ingredients including:
Peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest for the peach base.
Flour, oats, baking powder, sugar, vegan butter, and non-dairy milk for the crumble topping.
It takes under 10 minutes to prep and 35 minutes to bake, so you’ll be enjoying this dessert in no time.

To make this easy vegan peach crumble, start off by prepping the peaches. Slice them then add to a large mixing bowl. Add coconut sugar, cane sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest. Toss peaches carefully to coat. Spread in an even layer on a parchment-lined 8×10 baking dish.
To another large mixing bowl, add flour, oats, baking powder, salt, coconut sugar, melted vegan butter, and non-dairy milk. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a crumbly, but soft dough forms. It should come together when you press it between your fingers. Sprinkle all of the crumble dough over the peaches in an even layer.
Bake crumble for 35 minutes until top is golden brown and peaches are slightly bubbling. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

- 4 ripe medium peaches, sliced
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup melted vegan butter
- 4-5 tbsp non-dairy milk

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×10 baking dish with parchment paper.

To a large mixing bowl, add sliced peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Use your hands or a wooden spoon to carefully toss peaches to coat. Spread in an even layer on the bottom of the baking dish.

To a separate large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, and melted vegan butter. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to combine. Add in non-dairy milk 1 tbsp at a time until mixture comes together and forms a soft dough. You should be able to press the dough together with your hands, but it is still slightly crumbly. Sprinkle crumble over the peaches. Bake for 35 minutes until top is golden brown and peaches are bubbling.

Allow crumble to cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream.
