- 1 cup soaked, raw cashews soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes
- 1 medium carrot, steamed until soft
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp tapioca starch or sub arrowroot or corn starch
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup + 3 tbsp non-dairy milk

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning (salt and pepper) if needed.
