I am a major snack person, so having little bites like these on hand are essential. Not only do they taste like a dessert, but they are packed with protein, fiber, and carbs for a quick fuel up. They are great for a post-workout snack.
They only contain a few simple ingredients, including: oats, cashews, cacao powder, almond butter, dates, and dark chocolate.

To make these double chocolate brownie balls, first add oats, cashews, and cacao powder to a food processor. Process until it resembles a flour texture.
Add almond butter, dates, and a couple tbsp of water. Pulse until mixture comes together. Add a tbsp or two of water to help blend if needed.
Add chopped dark chocolate and pulse until combined.
Take a heaping tbsp of dough at a time and roll into a smooth ball. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 5 pitted medjool dates
- 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ cup chopped dark chocolate

To a food processor, add oats, cashews, and cacao powder. Process until mixture resembles a fine flour. Add dates, almond butter, and water. Pulse until mixture comes together. Add a tbsp or two more of water if needed. Add chopped dark chocolate and pulse until combined.
