Most days, that looks like a warm bowl of oats. However, it is a bit harder for me to wake up on the weekends, but if I know I am going to make a fluffy stack of pancakes…well, getting out of bed is a lot easier than you think.
So tip for becoming a morning person? Dream about your amazing, mouthwatering breakfast. I hope that is enough to get you going before the rooster crows 😉
In my opinion, you can never have too many pancake recipes. This time of year I am looking for all things comforting. From warm bowls of soup, to comforting plates of pasta. The thought of chai lattes comes to mind, so what better way than to stick all those amazing chai spices in a pancake. Drizzle with maple syrup and smother with peanut butter…you drooling?
