I used to make chia pudding all the time, but I don’t think I’ve made it in years. I forgot how simple, quick, and delicious it is. Seriously, the best meal or snack if you’re in a rush or just lazy! If that sounds like you then I suggest you keep reading.

*I like using oat milk the best in this recipe. It’s the creamiest and richest non-dairy milk and adds a nice flavor and mouthfeel to this chia pudding. 

*If you don’t have access to powdered peanut butter you could also substitute with regular, natural peanut butter.
